Relax - Release
Find somewhere quiet and comfortable,lying or sitting,
close your eyes and gently become aware of your breathing,
breathe in from your nose and out from your mouth,
as you breathe in say to yourself ... RELAX
as you breathe out say to yourself ... RELEASE
if your thoughts wander just gently bring them back to your breathing repeat for as long as you feel comfortable.

Talking to friends, family or someone you trust, when you are feeling down and overwhelmed,
is a good place to start when it comes to helping you feel better.
Having someone to talk to, will often help you realise you are not alone, and your feelings are real and justified.
